Abstract:
To provide a solid form of 2-(tert-butylamino)-4-((1R,3R,4R)-3-hydroxy-4-methylcyclohexylamino)-pyrimidine-5-carboxamide (Compound I).SOLUTION: There are provided a formulation, a process, a crystal and an amorphous material relating to Compound I. There are provided a method for manufacturing a specific compound containing the Compound I and an intermediate useful in such method. There is provided an application of a solid form of the Compound I for inhibiting kinase pathway in cells expressing the kinase, especially JNK1 or JNK2. There is provided an application of the solid form of the Compound I for treating or preventing one or more disease selected from interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, systemic scleroderma, scleroderma, chronic allograft nephropathy, antibody related rejection reaction and lupus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
