Abstract:
To provide an optical tomographic imaging device that shows the disorder of polarization property of an object independent of an incident polarization state by using Von Neumann entropy and is capable of correcting a bias of Von Neumann entropy caused by noise and/or mitigating a bias of Von Neumann entropy occurring when the number of samples is small.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic imaging device includes means for estimating Von Neumann entropy of noise components by using the noise components of an interference signal corresponding to at least one light and signal intensity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
