Abstract:
To provide an information protection device and an electronic device that can detect unauthorized access more finely at each detection point and obtain high tamper resistance.SOLUTION: The information protection device includes a random contact mechanical hole 1 including a conductive plate 2 having a predetermined conductive pattern P and a contact plate 4 laminated on the conductive plate 2 and having a conductive portion 3 partially contacting the conductive pattern P inside, a communication line 7 having a plurality of signal lines 7A connected to the conductive portion 3 of the random contact mechanical hole 1, and a control portion 8 that monitors connection information between the conductive pattern P and the conductive portion 3 in the random contact mechanical hole 1 through the signal line 7A of the communication line 7, and determines whether fraud has been made depending on whether the connection state between the conductive pattern P and the conductive portion 3 has changed from initial setting on the basis of the connection information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
