Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a crosslinked fluorine resin tube capable of manufacturing the crosslinked fluorine resin tube sufficiently high in abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a crosslinked fluorine resin tube has a coating process for coating inside of a cylindrical body with a resin composition containing a fluorine resin, an irradiation process for irradiating the cylindrical body after the coating process with radiation ray under low oxygen atmosphere at a temperature of melting point of the fluorine resin or higher, and a separation process for separating a molded body from the cylindrical body after the irradiation process, the fluorine resin is a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro alkyl vinyl ether copolymer or a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, and the cylindrical body contains aluminum or nickel on a surface layer in an inner side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
