Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical preparation that contains liquid pharmaceutical composition having human PTH(1-34)(teriparatide) as an active ingredient and excellent storage stability, and a method for manufacturing the preparation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation including: a container; and liquid pharmaceutical composition which contains human PTH(1-34), which is filled in the container and consists of amino acid sequence shown in sequence number 1, saccharide and amino acid in water. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical preparation which includes: a preparation step of preparing liquid pharmaceutical composition which includes adding the human PTH(1-34) into aqueous solution containing the saccharide and the amino acid in water; and a step of charging the liquid pharmaceutical composition into a container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
