Abstract:
To provide an image formation device capable of efficiently discharging a toner inside a development apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: an image carrier body in which an image formation area and a non-image formation area different from the image formation area are set; a plurality of development sections which supply toners of respective colors to the image formation area at the time of printing, and discharge the toners to the non-image formation device; and a control section which performs control, within the range of an allowable discharge amount representing the total amount of the toners of respective colors allowed to be discharged from the development sections to the non-image formation area, so as to discharge a toner of a color at a lower printing rate of an image among the toners of respective colors supplied to the image formation area prior to a toner of a color at a higher printing rate from the development sections to the non-image formation area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
