To provide a plane motor with improved thrust to a movable element.SOLUTION: A plane motor 10 has a movable element 20 with an annular permanent magnet 21, and a stator 30 with a principal surface 31a opposed to the movable element 20a and a plurality of pattern coils 33 arranged along the principal surface 31.
