Abstract:

To provide a method of producing rumen bypass pharmaceuticals at a low cost of production, the method being capable of achieving both aims to protect active ingredients against being released or decomposed in a rumen and to enhance a release behavior in a target organ, and granules obtained by the same.SOLUTION: A method of this invention is, for example, a method of producing rumen bypass pharmaceuticals comprising: vibrating a die head or a molten material, the die head including at least one injection port in which the molten material composed of a coating material for the rumen bypass pharmaceuticals and nutrients that are to bypass a lumen; and thereby causing the molten material to be discharged from the injection port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
