Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a honeycomb sandwich panel for suppressing generation of coating unevenness of an adhesive agent to a honeycomb core, and preventing generation of local dimple.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method having a first process 11 for coating a terminal part of a wall of a honeycomb core 2 with an adhesive at a state with viscosity of 5 Pa s to 1500 Pa s from vertically downward, a second process 12 for blowing air at a state with maintaining viscosity of the adhesive coated on the honeycomb core 2 at 5 Pa s to 1500 Pa s from vertically downward following the first process, a third process 13 for removing a hanging part in vertically downward from the honeycomb core 2 of the adhesive coated on the honeycomb core 2 at a state that the viscosity of the adhesive at 5 Pa s to 1500 Pa s following the second process, and a fourth process for tightly arranging a skin material in the adhesive coated on the honeycomb core 2 and curing the adhesive to conjugate the honeycomb core 2 and the skin material following the third process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
