Abstract:
To provide a transport vehicle capable of maintaining transport efficiency while reducing damage which the transport vehicle receives from a road surface by traveling.SOLUTION: There is provided the transport vehicle comprising an on-vehicle controller. The on-vehicle controller acquires a road surface roughness degree of a current position from a map indicating a roughness degree of a road surface at each place of a travel path, then selects a vehicle body damage table corresponding to the acquired road surface roughness degree from a storage part for storing for every roughness degree of the road surface, vehicle body damage tables which associate the travel speed of the transport vehicle with vehicle body damage which the transport vehicle receives due to roughness of the road surface, then, refers to the selected vehicle body damage table, for acquiring recommended maximum speed according to allowable maximum vehicle body damage, acquiring recommended minimum speed according to allowable minimum vehicle body damage, then outputs a recommended speed range indicated by the recommended maximum speed and the recommended minimum speed and the current speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
