Abstract:
To provide means to prevent occurrence of shaking of a cylindrical magnetic pole member at a time of injection molding while avoiding damage to the magnetic pole member at the time of injection molding in a fuel supply device that includes a brushless motor including a rotor coupled to a rotation axis coaxially and in a relatively non-rotatable manner via a resin joining member that is the magnetic pole member obtained by injection-molding.SOLUTION: A rotor structure of this invention is integrally coupled by causing a magnetic pole member 24 to protrude outward including gate vestiges 53 at plural points with an interval in a peripheral direction of one fall-out preventing part located on a side facing an injection nozzle 44 of a molding device 40 at a time of injection molding, and causing protruded parts 51A that cover part of an end face 24f of the magnetic pole member 24 on a side of the one fall-out preventing part to expose the end face 24f of the magnetic pole member 24 between the mutual protruded parts 51A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
