Abstract:
To provide a multilayer ceramic electronic component whose reduction in dielectric constant can be suppressed and, furthermore, whose reduction in electrostatic capacitance is small even when a dielectric particle constituting a dielectric layer is atomized in order to thin thickness of the dielectric layer.SOLUTION: In a multilayer ceramic electronic component, thickness of a dielectric layer is 0.5 μm or less, and an average particle diameter (Di) of a first dielectric particle constituting the dielectric layer positioned in a capacity region and an average particle diameter (Dg) of a second dielectric particle positioned in a packaging region satisfy Dg/Di≥1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
