Abstract:
To provide a vehicle traveling control device capable of notifying a driver of attention without imparting troublesomeness when a vehicle in automatic steering is almost deviated from a target route due to intervention to steering by the driver.SOLUTION: A vehicle traveling control device automatically performs steering so that a vehicle 1 travels along a target route 34. Although the vehicle traveling control device allows intervention to steering by a driver during automatic steering, when a travel position 22 of the vehicle 1 is deviated from a threshold line 36 set in the outer side of the lane width direction than a target route 20 due to intervention to steering by the driver, the vehicle traveling control device increases the steering reaction force applied to steering by the driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
