To provide a power transaction management device, a method, and a program for encouraging a minor to participate in a permission-type BCN in which a power trader participates as the minor.SOLUTION: A power transaction management device includes a power transaction unit that executes power transaction with a power trader and transmits information related to the power transaction to a permission-type block chain network configured by a mining terminal possessed by the power trader; a block chain acquisition unit that acquires a block chain including information related to the power transaction from the block chain network; a reward calculation unit that calculates, based on the block chain, a reward to be given to the power trader; and a reward granting unit that grants the reward to the power trader.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
