Abstract:
To provide a current-carrying component for a vacuum valve, improving bond strength between a contact base material and a current-carrying member and also capable of increasing current-carrying capacity, a vacuum valve, and a method for manufacturing a current-carrying component for a vacuum valve.SOLUTION: A current-carrying component for a vacuum valve includes: a contact base material 1 containing Cu as a main constituent and an additive component; a current-carrying member 2 containing Cu as a main constituent; and an atomic diffusion layer 3 in which Cu of the current-carrying member 2 is compounded with the additive component of the contact base material 1, the atomic diffusion layer bonding the contact base material 1 and the current-carrying member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
