Abstract:
To suppress, in a motor-operated valve, a friction resistance between a needle valve and a guide hole when a foreign matter is caught in a valve port, to prevent a needle valve from being restrained and allow the same to smoothly move forward and backward.SOLUTION: A valve chamber 1A and a valve port 13 are provided inside a valve body 1. A needle portion 31 at the tip of a rod-shaped needle valve 3 is inserted into the valve port 13. A cylindrical portion 33 of the needle valve 3 is inserted in and guided by a body guide hole 14 of the valve body 1 and a drive portion guide hole 21c of a support member 2. The needle valve 3 is driven forward and backward by means of the screw feed mechanism of a male screw portion 21a and a female screw portion 521a by driving of a stepping motor 5. The clearance between the body guide hole 14, the drive portion guide hole 21 c, and the cylindrical portion 33 of the needle valve 3 is set larger than the clearance between the valve port 13 and the needle portion 31 of the needle valve 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
