To make operability and business efficiency involved in an external relation business at a mobile terminal excellent under a secure environment.SOLUTION: A business system 100 in a device control system 10 includes: a storage apparatus that stores a storage destination of a trace to be necessary in business and each piece of information on an application that performs acquisition processing of the trace on a terminal 200; and a computation apparatus that extracts the storage destination of the trace and each piece of information on the application and transmits them to the terminal 200 in response to the occurrence of a predetermined event caused by access from the terminal 200. The terminal 200 includes a computation apparatus that performs the application on the basis of each piece of information, and by the application, executes activation of a device for trace acquisition, encrypts the trace acquired by the device, and transmits the encrypted trace to the storage destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
