Abstract:
To allow a subject in a sitting position to easily leave a cradle in a short time in a medical image diagnostic apparatus which is configured to capture medical images of a subject in a sitting position.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus comprises: a cradle body 11 in which medical imaging is performed; a support unit for supporting the cradle body 11 such that the cradle body is movable in a substantially vertical direction relative to a floor surface; an acquisition unit for acquiring a first signal indicative of whether or not the movement of the cradle body 11 is allowed; a recognition unit for recognizing a chair, on which a subject sits, located in an imaging position for medical imaging in the cradle body 11; and a signal supply unit for supplying the first signal or a second signal corresponding to the first signal to the chair located in the imaging position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
