Abstract:
To suppress noise of an engine while suppressing influence on responsiveness of driving force in increasing rotation speed of the engine like stepped speed change at the time of starting the engine.SOLUTION: In increasing rotation speed Ne of an engine like stepped speed change at the time of starting the engine, when vehicle speed V is below predetermined vehicle speed and a suppression condition that a required output amount by a driver is smaller than a predetermined required output amount is satisfied, an increase rate of rotation speed of the engine is suppressed more until predetermined time elapses after starting the engine, in comparison with when the suppression condition is not satisfied, which can suppress noise of the engine when starting the engine in a vehicle state ranging from stopping the vehicle to middle vehicle speed level in which the noise of the engine is likely to cause problem. At this time, when the required output amount by the driver is lower than the predetermined required output amount, the increase rate of the rotation speed of the engine is suppressed, so that the driver hardly feels insufficient acceleration, which hardly causes problem even if responsiveness of driving force is deteriorated by suppression of engine power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
