Abstract:
To provide a comfortable air environment without imposing an excessive burden on a user.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device 300 comprises an information acquisition unit 311, a comfort index making unit 313, and an air conditioning control unit 314. The information acquisition unit 311 acquires user information related to a user and an air conditioning device that can be operated by the user, device installation information indicating an installation state of the air conditioning device in a space to be air-conditioned, and operation information indicating operation of the user and an air environment of the space to be air-conditioned at the time of the operation. The comfort index making unit 313 makes a comfort index indicating comfort of the user in the air environment on the basis of a plurality of pieces of the user information, the device installation information, and the operation information acquired by the information acquisition unit 311. The air conditioning control unit 314 controls air conditioning operation of the air conditioning device on the basis of the comfort index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
