Title:
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR VIDEO STREAMING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019208262
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a video processing system and method that provide relatively low latency (useful for applications in which substantially real-time display is desired) and high fidelity of images captured at a surgical site and transferred for display at a video display.SOLUTION: A surgical system comprises: a video capture device 305 such as an endoscopic camera; and a video processor 325 for generating video encoding configuration data to encode a video image. The video processor is configured to: receive an input associated with a change of the state of the surgical system; and output an optimal configuration for a video encoder 310 adjusted based on the input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
