Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection system of a lens or a lens cover of a visual sensor, that can predict timing of cleaning of the lens or the lens cover of the visual sensor to be performed in the future so as to prevent degradation in operation rate of a production line.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection system comprises: a camera 6 that is installed in a robot 5 or around the robot and that acquires a plurality of images different in imaging timing; an information processing apparatus 20 that calculates a contamination degree of a lens of the camera 6 on the basis of an image acquired by the camera 6; and a cleaning timing prediction unit 43 that calculates information related with timing of predicted cleaning to be performed for the lens in the future on the basis of the calculated contamination degree of the lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
