Abstract:
To provide a power supply device capable of stably driving a switching element even if a driving voltage of the switching element is higher than an operation voltage supplied to a control circuit.SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 includes a converter circuit 3, a drive circuit 5, a control circuit 4, a first control power supply circuit 81, and a second control power supply circuit 82. The converter circuit 3 includes a switching element Q1. The drive circuit 5 applies a drive voltage Vg1 to the switching element Q1. The control circuit 4 operates at an operation voltage V4 lower than the drive voltage Vg1, and controls the drive circuit 5. The first control power supply circuit 81 generates the drive voltage Vg1 and supplies the generated drive voltage Vg1 to the drive circuit 5. The second control power supply circuit 82 generates the operation voltage V4 of the control circuit 4, and supplies the generated operation voltage V4 to the control circuit 4. The second control power supply circuit 82 supplies the operation voltage V4 to the control circuit 4 after the first control power supply circuit 81 starts supplying the drive voltage Vg1 to the drive circuit 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
