Abstract:
To provide a technique advantageous for reduction of artifacts.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus comprises: a pixel array having a plurality of imaging pixels for capturing a radiation image; and a drive circuit for driving the pixel array. The plurality of imaging pixels include a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels. The drive circuit drives the pixel array such that a storage period, during which signals are stored by at least one of the plurality of imaging pixels, begins in response to a start of projection of radiation, and after the end of the storage period, signals corresponding to the radiation projected in a first period included in the storage period is output from the plurality of first pixels, and signals corresponding to the radiation projected in a second period, different from the first period, included in the storage period are output from the plurality of second pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
