To improve accuracy in evaluating interactions.SOLUTION: A learning device according to the present application comprises: an extraction unit configured to extract, from an interactive service history, a series of utterances corresponding to an indicator utterance that acts as an indicator of user's evaluation of an interactive service; and a learning unit configured to learn a model for estimating user's evaluation of an input utterance using the utterances extracted by the extraction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
