Abstract:
To provide an image processing device that assists in obtaining highly reliable measurement results.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: a measurement unit for measuring the three-dimensional shape of an object on the basis of a captured image obtained by imaging the object; a reliability calculation unit for calculating, on the basis of the captured image, an index for each area that indicates reliability with regard to the measurement of the three-dimensional shape; a reliability evaluation unit for evaluating, for each area, whether or not the calculated index satisfies a predetermined standard; and a display unit for simultaneously or selectively displaying the result of three-dimensional shape measurement and a result image that indicates an area in the captured image that does not satisfy the standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
