Abstract:
To provide a food conveyance belt conveyor which inhibits production of juice resulting from conveyed food.SOLUTION: Provided is a food conveyance belt conveyor 10 including: a pair of rollers 18 and 20 that are arranged in parallel at a prescribed interval and rotatable about a longitudinal axis; an endless belt 24 wound around the pair of rollers to convey loaded food; and an endless belt support part 12 having a support surface 12a (28c) for supporting the rear side surface of the endless belt. In the food conveyance belt conveyor, a plurality of recessed portions 30 are formed on the support surface of the endless belt support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
