Abstract:
To provide a protection device of a cylinder rod which avoids: contact of a cover with the cylinder rod due to impact and contraction of a cylinder; damage of the cover itself due to bound of the cover when the cylinder rod is contracted by the mass of the cover; and difficulty in contraction of the cylinder due to the cover guide having become immobile.SOLUTION: In a protection device of a cylinder rod 3, one end of a cover 11 is fixed to a tip 3-A of a cylinder rod, and an intermediate part and the other end of the cover are slidably mounted to a cylinder case 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
