Abstract:
To protect a feeder line arranged on the near side of an electrode part in the direction of attachment of a connector without using a connector with a complicated shape.SOLUTION: A fixing device comprises: a cylindrical rotatable fixing belt; a planar heater 23 that has an electrode part 54, a feeder line 63, and a heating part formed on the same plane; a heater holding member 25 that holds the planar heater 23 such that the heating part faces an inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt; a pressure roller that sandwiches the fixing belt between the planar heater 23 and the pressure roller; and a connector 26 that has a contact part 268 in contact with the electrode part 54. The feeder line 63 has a portion wired on the near side of the electrode part 54 in the direction of attachment of the connector 26, and the heater holding member 25 includes a protection part 255 covering the portion wired on the near side of the electrode part 54 of the feeder line 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7A
