Abstract:
To provide an information processing device, a control method, and a program that enable notice of an authentication method to a user who requests user authentication using a mobile terminal to an image formation device with a local interface omitted.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: determination means for determining whether authentication information for authentication processing is received from an information terminal that has established communication via a communication unit; authentication means for performing, when the determination means determines that authentication information has been received, authentication on the basis of the authentication information; and notification means for notifying, when the determination means determines that authentication information has not been received, method information on usable authentication methods usable for the authentication processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
