Abstract:
To provide a technology for circumventing bankruptcy in the image generation processing of an endoscope system.SOLUTION: A synchronization compensation circuitry 1104 detects a prescribed synchronization code from desired image data, and transmits control information according to the detection results to an image processing section 1105. The synchronization compensation circuitry includes a synchronization code detector 11041 for determining whether or not the desired image data contains the synchronization code of one horizontal line, and outputting first information indicating whether or not the synchronization code of one horizontal line could be detected, a synchronization code estimation part for outputting second information indicating whether or not a code at least similar to the synchronization code of one horizontal line was detected, from relationship of a first value indicating the match number of blanking data and the desired image data, and a second value indicating the match number of the synchronization code of one horizontal line and the desired image data, and a timing controller 11045 for generating control information on the basis of the first information and the second information, and outputting to an image processing section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
