Abstract:
To provide a baking device capable of easily fixing a flame-out member to an exhaust passage.SOLUTION: A baking device (heating cooker 1) includes: a heating chamber 5 in which an object to be cooked can be placed; burners 40 and 41 for heating the inside of the heating chamber 5; an exhaust passage 6 communicated with the heating chamber 5 for discharging gas in the heating chamber 5; and a flame-out member 8. The flame-out member 8 located in the exhaust passage 6 has a predetermined area in a cross section orthogonal to a flow direction 600 of the discharged gas, and is formed with a ventilation hole 82 through which the gas can pass in the flow direction 600. A ventilation gap 9 is provided between a ceiling board 60 which is part of an exhaust passage component member constituting the exhaust passage 6 and is located in the upper end part of the exhaust passage 6, and the upper end part of the flame-out member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
