Abstract:
To provide an electric power tool in which a management device can easily perform appropriate management even if a battery for driving is configured to be attachable and detachable, and a communication device.SOLUTION: An electric power tool 100 is driven by electric power supplied from an attachable/detachable battery 110 for driving. The electric power tool 100 comprises: a communication part 160 that transmits data relating to the electric power tool 100 to a management device; a battery 170 for communication that supplies electric power to the communication part 160 in a first period of time during which the battery 110 for driving is detached from the electric power tool 100; and a tool control part 130 (an electric power control part 131) that performs charging control by which the communication battery 170 is charged with electric power supplied from the driving battery 110, in a second period of time during which the battery 110 for driving is attached to the electric power tool 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
