Abstract:
To provide a one-direction or two-directions powder laying device capable of forming uniform powder laying.SOLUTION: The device includes a material discharge port formed from a bottom plate and a top plate provided above the bottom plate; an included angle formed from a linear line connecting an end part of a free end of the top plate and an end part of a free end of the bottom plate and a horizontal plane becomes a material drop angle, i.e., a granular material is formed at a tilted plane and between the top plate and the bottom plate, the included angle formed from the tilted plane and the horizontal plane becomes a material drop angle, and a size of the material drop angle is controlled by changing the relative position of the top plate and the bottom plate. An opening direction of the powder passage is provided opposite the motion direction in powder laying work, and when the powder laying work is stopped, the material drop angle becomes a static angle of repose of the granular material or under and larger than 0, hence the granular material can be prevented from sliding down, thereby avoiding powder leakage. Moreover, when conducting the powder laying work, the material drop angle becomes the kinetic angle of repose of the granular material or over, hence the granular material is allowed to slide down along the tilted plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
