To operate at assumed use temperature of a vehicle and reduce power consumption and device cost.SOLUTION: A road surface image projection device 10 displays an image in a plurality of regions on a road surface. The road surface image projection device 10 includes: shades 71 to 74 for forming image projection light into predetermined shapes that correspond to images for respective regions; and image projection lenses 21 to 24 corresponding to respective regions.
