Abstract:

To ensure durability without forming a bubble detecting electrode of a material of high corrosion resistance when a water level detecting device includes a water level detecting chamber 51 communicating with a washing chamber, a float 52 vertically moving depending on a water level in the water level detecting chamber, a water level detecting part 53 for detecting the water level by the vertical movements of the float, and the bubble detecting electrode 56 for detecting the generation of bubbles, in a dishwasher including the water level detecting device 5 for detecting the water level of washing water in the washing chamber.SOLUTION: A communicating port 55 which is provided above a prescribed water supply stop level where supply of water to a washing chamber is stopped and communicates between the inside and the outside of a water level detecting chamber 51 is provided on a water level detecting device 5. A bubble detecting electrode 56 is arranged in a part in the neighborhood of the communicating port 55 outside the water level detecting chamber 51 in a manner that bubbles overflowing from the communicating port 55 can make contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
