Abstract:
To provide an aqueous composite resin excellent in adhesiveness to various substrates, followability, scratch resistance, weather resistance, stain resistance, and a coating agent for exterior.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous composite resin (I) in which an acryl urethane composite resin by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (E) containing an alkoxysilyl group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e-1) using both terminal mercapto group-containing urethane resin (C-2) by reacting a compound (D) represented by the general formula (1) with an urethane polymer (C-1) by reacting polyol (A) and polyisocyanate (B) as a chain transfer agent, and polysiloxane (H) by hydrolysis condensing a silane compound (G) are bound, and organotrialkoxysilane (g-1) and/or diorganodialkoxysilane (g-2) having one of a linear or alicyclic alkyl group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and a phenyl group are contained with 55 to 100 wt.% as total amount.SELECTED DRAWING: None
