Abstract:
To provide a substrate for a flexible electronics element including a polyimide layer which has low ultraviolet light transmitting property as well as high visible light transmitting property and can suppress deterioration by ultraviolet rays without reducing the performance of an electronics element.SOLUTION: A substrate for a flexible electronics element is provided, which contains a polyimide layer satisfying all of the conditions (1) to (3) described below. (1) The polyimide layer has a maximum transmittance of 70% or more at a wavelength of 400±5 nm when the thickness of the layer is 5 μm; (2) the layer has a bvalue of 5 or less in the Labcolor system when the thickness of the layer is 5 μm; and (3) the layer has a transmittance of 10% or less for light at a wavelength of 350 nm when the thickness of the layer is 5 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
