Abstract:
To provide a novel resin molding capable of suppressing axial force reduction of a fastening member caused by burr occurrence during molding by providing a collar member which is integrated by insert molding, and an effective manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resin molding 1 comprising a resin main body part 2 including an insertion hole 22a for mounting and a cylindrical collar member 3 which is integrally provided in the insertion hole 22a. A shaft part 51 of a fastening member 5 is inserted into an inner cylinder part 3a of the collar member 3, and the collar member 3 is held between a head part 52 of which the diameter is larger than that of the shaft part 51, and another member 4, such that the resin molding is fixed to the other member 4. The collar member 3 is integrated with the insertion hole 22a by insert molding. A first end face 31 of the collar member 3 at the side of the head part 52 includes: a first foundation surface 31a which is flush with a peripheral region of the insertion hole 22a in the main body part 2; and a first abutment surface 31a which is positioned at an inner diameter side rather than the first foundation surface 31a and closer to the head part 52 than the first foundation surface 31a and forms a step against the first foundation surface 31a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
