Abstract:
To provide a work management system which detects a reduction in work efficiency as an event and, if its cause can be inferred, indicates it and presents an improvement plan.SOLUTION: A work management system 1 comprises: a log collection unit 11 which records operations of a worker on a keyboard or a mouse as log data 21 together with information identifying respective time points of the operation and the worker; a window collection unit 12 which records representations in a display window at time points including time points before and after each operation as window data 22; and an efficiency calculation unit 14 which obtains a time period required for a prescribed job from at least one of the log data 21 and the window data 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
