Abstract:
To provide a behavior characteristic measurement system and a behavior characteristic measurement method which can easily and accurately obtain behavior characteristics of a user with less burden to the user.SOLUTION: An analysis server SA of the behavior characteristic measurement system including a processor and a storage device comprises: a data acquisition processing unit SA31 which acquires incident information of an application to generate a behavior history list for each user; an aggregation generation processing unit SA32 which aggregates the behavior history list at intervals of a prescribed time to generate an aggregation list of behavior history for each user; a feature quantity calculation processing unit SA33 which calculates a feature quantity from the aggregation list of behavior history to generate a feature quantity for each user; and an environmental factor exclusion processing unit SA34 which uses the feature quantity list for each user and information of an organization to which the user belongs, to obtain a feature quantity of the organization to which the user belongs, and obtains environmental factors of the organization from temporal variation in feature quantity of the organization and excludes the environmental factors of the organization from the feature quantity of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
