To reduce the number of components in a caster configured to absorb an impact.SOLUTION: A caster includes a first fork, a second fork, a wheel, and a kick spring. The second fork is rotatably attached to the first fork and configured to be brought into contact with the first fork at a predetermined position. The wheel is rotatably attached to the second fork.
