To suppress complication of the configuration and enable easy-to-use hand-free call/handset call switching.SOLUTION: A hands-free control device 21 includes an information acquisition unit 23S that acquires detection information of a proximity sensor 20 of a telephone terminal 11 via a BT communication unit 22. Then, a control unit 23B of the hands-free control device 21 determines whether the proximity sensor 20 is in the detection state or the non-detection state on the basis of the acquired detection information, and operates in the hands-free mode when it is determined to be in the non-detection state, and operates in the handset mode when it is determined to be in the detection state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
