Abstract:
To suppress imbalance and to improve an independence in a compatible manner in an environment where power of multiple user facilities is integrally managed.SOLUTION: A power management device is configured by comprising: an independence corresponding power control section which executes independence corresponding power control for controlling an independence in a power management range including multiple user facilities at a fixed rate or higher while defining as targets storage batteries of user facilities included in a first group among the multiple user facilities subjected to power management; an imbalance corresponding power control section which executes imbalance corresponding power control for controlling imbalance corresponding power so as to achieve a power receiving schedule to which the power management range is correspondent, while defining as targets storage batteries of user facilities included in at least a second group among the multiple user facilities subjected to the power management; and a power control switching section for executing any one of the independence corresponding power control and the imbalance corresponding power control on the basis of predetermined determination conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
