To provide a communication system capable of allowing a user of a second communication terminal to easily comprehend the situation of a person near a first communication terminal, a communication control method, and a program.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 includes: a first communication terminal 10; a determination unit 112; and an output control unit 113. The first communication terminal 10 directly or indirectly outputs a call signal to a second communication terminal 20. The determination unit 112 performs a determination operation to determine at least one of human movement and human emotion around the first communication terminal 10.
