Abstract:
To provide a cover stripping device for a covered conductor capable of easily stripping a cover from the covered conductor by suppressing a core wire from being loosened or damaged and the cover from being residual in the core wire.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cover stripping device 1 for a covered conductor 10. Two annular slits 111 and one linear slit 112 are previously formed in the covered conductor 10. The device comprises a control section 9 for executing first control, in a state that a stripping portion 110 is held between a pair of first arm parts 4 and 4 and a pair of second arm parts 6 and 6 in a radial direction, which performs control in such a manner that the pair of first arm parts 4 and 4 are moved to the side where the first arm parts become closer to each other and the pair of second arm parts 6 and 6 are moved to the side where the second arm parts become closer to each other in an axial direction of the covered conductor 10 and, after the execution of the first control and in a state that the pair of second arm parts 6 and 6 are positioned at the side where they become closer to each other, executing second control which performs control in such a manner that the pair of first arm parts 4 and 4 are moved from a state that the first arm parts are positioned at the side where they become closer to each other to a side where they are separated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4D
