Abstract:
To provide a reproduction method for a battery containing a fluid electrolyte by which a deteriorated battery can be regenerated without being disassembled into small pieces, and a reproduction device.SOLUTION: A reproduction method includes the steps of: removing a package housing of a battery and exposing a core structure of the battery; immersing the core structure in a functional electrolyte suitable for removing a solid electrolyte interface film, and removing a solid electrolyte interface which is formed between an active material and the electrolyte; measuring characteristic parameters of the functional electrolyte while the core structure is immersed in the functional electrolyte, the characteristic parameters including a concentration and conductivity of the functional electrolyte; adjusting components of the functional electrolyte on the basis of the characteristic parameters obtained by the measurement, and stopping adjusting the components of the functional electrolyte when the characteristic parameters of the functional electrolyte are matched with characteristic parameters of an electrolyte to be used for s normal battery, and packaging the core structure again and providing a reproduced battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
