To provide a heat insulation material processing apparatus, a control device of heat insulation material processing apparatus and a heat insulation material processing program capable of efficiently performing processing of heat insulation material and manufacturing a heat insulation material pleasing in appearance.SOLUTION: Regarding a predetermined part of one surface (surface 100a) side in a thickness direction of a heat insulation material 100, cutting is performed such that a blade part 11 is brought into contact with the surface 100a at a predetermined first inclination angle (angle θ) and proceeds. A part separated far from a predetermined part from the surface 100a in the thickness direction of the heat inclination material 100 can be cut such that the blade part 11 proceeds at a second inclination angle (angle θa to θb) which is more inclined than the first inclination angle (angle θ).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
