Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a masterbatch of a thermoplastic resin containing a cellulose nanofiber having excellent physical properties with high concentration even though a production amount of the thermoplastic resin is remarkably larger than a production amount of a thermosetting resin.SOLUTION: A master batch containing a cellulose nanofiber can be produced by flowing a fixed amount of water through an outer pipe nozzle, flowing an acidic slurry containing a fixed amount of cellulose nanofiber through an outer sleeve tube nozzle, applying a double tube and an outer sleeve tube so that the double tube is an anode and the outer sleeve tube is a cathode, aggregating the cellulose nanofiber contained in the acidic slurry flowing between the double tube and the outer sleeve tube outside of the double tube or inside of the outer sleeve tube by an electrophoresis method to form a cylindrical substance, continuously pulling and drying the cylindrical substance, supplying a dry product of the cylindrical substance to a kneading type extrusion molding machine capable of manufacturing a resin pellet, and melt-kneading a thermoplastic resin to be formed into a masterbatch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
