Abstract:
To provide a gas barrier vapor-deposited film which is excellent in gas barrier property without employing a multilayer structure as in a conventional art, and a laminate, a packaging material and a package using the gas barrier vapor-deposited film.SOLUTION: A gas barrier vapor-deposited film 1 contains a polyethylene terephthalate film 2 and an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer 3, in which the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer 3 contains aluminum oxide as a main component and is stacked adjacent to the polyethylene terephthalate film 2, and a water content rate of a laminate part formed of the polyethylene terephthalate film 2 and the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer 3 is 0.22 mass% or more and 0.31 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
